Sending methods

Both configurations are kept. Save and test a method, then activate it for approval results, access codes and admin/assistant notifications. Only administrators can change these settings. Editing the active configuration takes effect when saved.

Sender email

SMTP server SMTP username App password (leave blank to keep the saved password)

For Gmail, enable two-step verification and create an app password. Use your Gmail address as both sender and username. SMTP uses TLS on port 465. Changing mailbox details requires its password again.

Resend API key (leave blank to keep the saved key)

In Resend, verify imagefly.app using the DNS records provided for your domain, then create an API key with Sending access restricted to that domain. Send from info@imagefly.app. Keep your existing Cloudflare inbound mail routing.

Passwords and API keys are encrypted in cloud storage and never returned to the browser. Email is sent directly from Cloudflare; no local server is required.
