1. 简介

View/Search Dragonfly Publications 是一个轻量版 Obsidian，用来查看和全文搜索一批“使用了 Dragonfly 软件”的论文合集。论文以 Markdown 形式内置在插件里，随插件一起分发，完全离线。

本功能由第三方（Prototype Labs / Prototype Apps）提供，非 Dragonfly 官方开发或支持。论文内容为自动摘要，原文与版权归各出版方所有；请以各论文的 DOI 原文为准。

2. 界面

1. 左侧 —— 搜索框 + 相关性筛选（全部 / 高 / 中）+ 按学科分组的论文树（每篇带相关性徽标 🟢高 / 🟡中；学科如：材料科学与工程、生命科学与生物学、医学与临床前、古生物与地球科学等）。

2. 右侧 —— 渲染选中论文的内容，顶部三个按钮在 英文 / 中文 / 全文 之间切换。

3. 搜索 —— 全文子串匹配，覆盖标题、作者、正文；支持任意语言（中文可直接搜，如“分割”“孔隙”）。

3. 论文从哪来、如何更新

论文来自 All_Materials_Organized_by_AI 项目：它把每篇论文整理成英文摘要 / 中文摘要 / 全文三个 Markdown，并用大模型判定 Dragonfly 相关性（高/中/低/无）。本插件内置的是筛选为 高 + 中 的约 91 篇。

更新方法：在 All_Materials_Organized_by_AI 项目里运行 export_dragonfly_publications.py 重新导出，然后重新打包本项目即可——本插件代码无需任何改动。只打包 Markdown（约 6 MB），不含原始 PDF/视频。

4. 环境需求

无需安装、无需联网、无需 GPU、无需虚拟环境。纯查看器：读取内置的 pub_viewer_code\pubs 下的 Markdown，用 Qt 原生 Markdown 渲染，不调用 Dragonfly 对象模型。

View/Search Dragonfly Publications is a lite-Obsidian viewer for browsing and full-text searching a collection of publications that USED Dragonfly. The papers ship as markdown bundled inside the plugin and work fully offline.

This feature is provided by a third party (Prototype Labs / Apps), not officially developed or supported by Dragonfly. The content is auto-summarized; the original text and copyright belong to the respective publishers — refer to each paper's DOI for the source.

2. The interface

1. Left — a search box + a relevance filter (All / High / Medium) + a tree of papers grouped by discipline (each with a relevance badge 🟢 High / 🟡 Medium; disciplines such as Materials Science & Engineering, Life Sciences & Biology, Medical & Preclinical, Palaeontology & Geoscience, …).

2. Right — the selected paper rendered, with three buttons at the top to switch between English / 中文 / Full text.

3. Search — full-text substring matching over title/authors/body; works in any language (Chinese searches directly, e.g. 分割, 孔隙).

3. Where the papers come from & how to update

The papers come from the All_Materials_Organized_by_AI project, which turns each paper into an English summary / Chinese summary / full-text markdown trio and has an LLM rate its Dragonfly Relevance (High/Medium/Low/None). This plugin bundles the ~91 papers filtered to High + Medium.

To update: run export_dragonfly_publications.py in the All_Materials_Organized_by_AI project to re-export, then repackage this project — the plugin code needs no change. Only the markdown (~6 MB) is bundled, never the original PDFs/videos.

4. Requirements

No install, no internet, no GPU, no venv. A pure viewer: it reads the bundled markdown under pub_viewer_code\pubs and renders it with Qt's native markdown renderer; it does not use the Dragonfly object model.
