Application Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of imagefly.app and the ImageFly services made available by its site administrator, including accounts, application downloads, documentation, analysis workflows, AI assistance and community features. Please read them before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the affected services.
1. Service scope and eligibility
ImageFly provides scientific and technical tools. Available functions depend on your account, application license, installed software and the current service configuration. An account does not grant access to every application or guarantee computing capacity. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or use the service with appropriate authorization. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
2. Accounts and access credentials
Provide accurate account and contact information, keep your access code and device credentials secure, and use only accounts and authorizations assigned to you. Do not share credentials or access another user’s records without permission. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Account approval, expiry, renewal and application entitlements are shown in the relevant account or licensing interface.
3. Application licenses and third-party software
You may download and use applications only within the permissions and duration granted to you and the license supplied with each application. These terms do not transfer ownership of ImageFly software, documentation or branding. Dragonfly and other third-party software require their own licenses; an ImageFly account does not supply or replace those licenses. Applicable open-source licenses remain in effect and take precedence for the components they cover. Do not bypass access controls or redistribute software where its license does not permit it.
4. Your data and submitted content
You retain your rights in the images, files, prompts and other content you submit. You are responsible for having the permissions required to upload, share and process it. You authorize ImageFly and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the features you request, operate the service and handle support, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
Public comments and replies can be read by others. Anonymous display does not hide your identity from authorized administrators. Do not post confidential information, personal data without permission, unlawful material or content that infringes others’ rights. We may restrict or remove content that violates these terms and review reports of misuse.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized surveillance or attempts to compromise systems. Do not probe other users’ data, evade account or resource limits, disrupt the service or misrepresent your identity. Report suspected security issues privately using the contact below without accessing or disclosing other users’ information.
6. Analysis, AI outputs and local execution
Analysis results, AI answers and generated recipes can contain errors, incomplete information or unsuitable parameters. Review documentation and code, validate results on appropriate test data, and keep backups before executing scripts or modifying files. You decide whether an output is suitable for your purpose; the service does not promise a particular scientific result.
ImageFly is not offered as a validated medical diagnostic service or as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Use appropriate professional review and independently validated systems where required. Downloading a recipe does not execute it; local scripts and applications operate under the permissions of your computer and may read or write files.
7. Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy explains collection, use, storage, sharing and deletion requests for account information, files, prompts, usage records and discussions. Read it before submitting sensitive information. Some features use external hosting, storage, AI or software providers whose applicable terms also govern their services. External availability and processing locations may vary.
8. Fees, renewals and availability
Applicable prices, license periods and renewal conditions must be disclosed separately before you agree to a paid service. These terms do not themselves authorize a charge or automatic paid renewal. A free feature or renewal is not a promise that it will remain free indefinitely. Any future paid offer requires separate agreement.
Features may be limited, changed, interrupted or discontinued because of maintenance, capacity, security or provider availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Keep your own copies of important inputs, results and license files. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify affected users of material service changes.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account or deleting data. We may restrict access where necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security incident, legal requirements or expired authorization. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review. Ending access does not automatically delete retained records; deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Rights under separately issued software licenses remain subject to those licenses.
10. Warranties, responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every purpose. To that extent, ImageFly’s operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights, remedies or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately agreed service commitments remain applicable.
11. Updates and questions
We will publish revisions on this page with an updated effective date and notify affected users of material changes through an appropriate service notice or contact channel. Where consent is required, we will request it before applying the change. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact us first to discuss questions or disputes; these terms do not require arbitration or waive access to remedies available under applicable law.
